FAQ's
Does The Scoop Pawtrol clean the entire yard?
We will clean any areas of your property that have dog waste issues, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc.
Do you provide dog waste removal services year round?
Yes! We provides dog waste removal services year-round. In times of snow, most of the waste that accumulates is still scoopable.
How do you ensure the safety of my dogs?
The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard.
Can you clean with my dog in the yard?
Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.
Do I have to sign a contract for pooper scooper services?
No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time!
How does billing work?
All billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided on an automated schedule. If payment is not received prior to your first cleaning of the month you will be removed from the service schedule.
